Today's post is on Waiting for Spring volume 3 by Anashin. It is 176 pages long and is published by Kodansha Comics. The cover is green with Wakamiya-kun. As it is the third in a series you need to have read the first two. The intended reader is someone who likes shojo, high school manga, and sweet stories. There is no foul language, no sex, and no violence in this manga. The story is told from the perspective of the main character. There Be Spoilers Ahead.
From the back of the book- Mitsuki overcomes some hiccups in her friendship with Towa, and the two grown even closer! But before Mitsuki can celebrate, her old friend Aya is on the offense, vying for her attention. Mitsuki meets a new rival as well, and every day is as busy as every play. Meanwhile, with the Inter-High prelims just around the corner, Towa and his team train hard to go up against the prestigious Hojo High School's star-player: Aya!
Review- Mitsuki, I think, is getting a little better about picking up on things but not much. She knows that she likes Towa and she knows that someone else does too but she is still clueless about Towa or Aya's feelings towards her. So Towa and Aya are now facing off not just on the court but over Mituski too. She thinks that Aya is just playing with her because he thinks that it is funny but he is serious and I am very curious about how Mitsuki is going to feel when she realizes that. She has never thought of him in that way and Towa is the one who has her heart. Towa knows how he feels and I think that he realizes Mitsuki likes him back but with everything going on he has not had the time to really talk to her about it. So much Drama but it is cute so I will forgive it.
I give this volume a Five out of Five stars. I get nothing for my review and I bought this manga with my own money.
